Audun, a Norwegian who spent his vacation in Indonesia for three weeks with his friend Petter Heggen, made a special song for nasi Padang, a kind of food which is amazingly tasty.

He said, “This summer I was traveling in Indonesia. While I was there, I fell in love with this beautiful and diverse country, I fell in love with the generous and welcoming people, I fell in love with the breath taking nature, and last but not least I fell in love with the food. When I came back to Norway I decided to make this song as a tribute to Indonesia and Nasi Padang.”

Nasi Padang is a delicious food served with steamed rice and various choices of dishes with spicy chili sauce and thick curry originated from Padang, the capital city of West Sumatra. It is very popular in Indonesia. You can find it easily in Jakarta, Puncak, and other areas in Java. There are lots of Padang people work in Jakarta and surroundings.
