The Green Room in Museum Bank Indonesia

The room was built as part of Binnen Hospitaal. Then functioned as De Javasche Bank board meeting room when the building was bought by De Javasche Bank in 1828. This room was rejuvenated on a renovation in 1922. The new room as seen now is decorated with elegant green tiles on its walls which give positive energy and cooling effect. At the end of De Javasche Bank era, the room no longer functioned as a meeting room and was instead used by the Central Administration Division.
